Quick question on O/C temps

What should my temp be or should be in between? I am going to overclock a Celly 600mhz. I got a vantec HSF, and case fans. So I'm all set to go, but need to know what temps are dangerous.

50C+=Shut it off.
45-50c=ouch.
40-45C=max.
35-40C=ok.
30-35c=good.

My Celeron2 600 cB0 Rock Stable @907Mhz 1.85v works @full load at 45-47 degree C and at 35-37 @idle with an Alpha Pep66 & ArticSilver II (Ambient temp around 25-30 C).
