Whats the difference with the blue x800pros? Is there performance drop?

No, there doesn't seem to be a performance drop. It's the pretty much the same card. It's going so cheap because it's not VIVO, and the VIVO cards are the ones that can be soft modded to have all 16 pipes.

Well i think its cool and i dont care to softmod it or anything, i mean i am fine with the graphics my 9600xt puts out so this is pretty much triple it and i will most likely not be disapointed.
