If anyone can help me with my problem I'd be eternally gratefull (well, maybe not eternally, but still quite a bit:)

I had a bit of trouble with the rather poor performing Thermaltake Mini Super Orb on my new 1.4Ghz 266FSB Athlon. I tried to take the damn thing off and broke the middle white clip that attaches it to the motherboard.

Now i've tried glueing it back on with the strongest stuff i could find, it worked for an hour or 2 but then the force just popped it back off again. To make things worse, the retailer of my motherboard (www.dabs.com) won't do a damn thing about it because it was 'user error'.

So my question to you guys is:

Can you recommend a HSF that either clips on to all 3 catches (instead of just the middle broken one, that way the 2 remaining should hold it), OR a HSF that attaches by some other method (i noticed 4 screw holes on my Gigabyte GA-7DX motherboard, perhaps it can be screwed in).

If you can recommend any fans that attach the way i need (or another solution to the problem, preferably without having to buy a new motherboard!) i will owe you one. Thanks for any help you can provide.

P.S - I'm in the UK so if you also know any online retailers that sell the HSF i need i'd appreciate an address. Cheers.

Swiftech 462 uses the 4 holes.
A dragon orb and probably some others use more than the 1 lug to mount.

Ahh brilliant cheers. If there's any more out there that you guys know of, please let me know, i'm gonna have a hard time tracking them down in England.

Would you recommend those 2 you mentioned? I'm not planning to overclock, i would just like a stable temp for normal use.

Just looked at retailer of the Swiftech and it seems the 462 won't fit my GA-7DX motherboard. Guess that one's off the list:(
