I bought this cooler and a copper shim. I am running at slightly over 100 degrees celcius and it is pimp.

That was my 1st heatsink, I loved it!! This thing took me to 1466mhz. But why the shim with this one? This IS the easiest heatsink to remove and install. I would take it off if you ever remove it again. Good choice

I would take it off if you ever remove it again. Good choice I agree. The FC62540D was also my first heatsink and got my AXIA 1.2 to 1.466 as well:) . One thing I do recommend if you like to hear anything besides that screaming Delta while working is to wire in a Rheostat. I turned mine down to 6k from the stock 7.3k and it raised the temp 1ºC, but really reduced the fan noise considerably. I'm guessing effectively 10v and 30/31 CFM.
