Max 3 Worth it?

as everyone knows the asus board has problems keeping steady voltages unless you do some mods to it, but i dont want to do those mods would the max 3 be a better idea for me? Or would it be the same? My vcore fluctuates badly when underload

Im after the max3 but im still trying to find out if its worth the extra £30 over getting a ic7-G as it seems the same mobo just hasnt got the otes cooling.

I personally own two systems using the MAX3 and have built about 8 in total for friends and such. I am extremely happy with the board and would recommend it to anyone. They OC very well and are extremely stable.

On a side note, I notice they are getting harder to find
