Thermaltake Tsunami Fan not working

The rear exhaust fan does not spin even though the led is lighted. What could be the problem? Also, sometimes it starts spinning, but stops after a minute or so.

I would say that it would be a case of an improper connection somewhere inside the box itself or a faulty fan...RMA it, if possible.

the fan has been this way since I got it, and I've tried reconnecting. No luck. I tried newegg, they can only give me a whole new case which requires me to send back my case. I also tried thermaltake, and they don't answer phone calls. I guess my best solution is to get a new vantec stealth. Too bad this case has been so solid in every other aspect.
