A good ISP

anyone know a reliable ISP (56k) for a good price? i'm looking for a cheap one, around $10 a month. I am in Metro Atlanta, Georgia.

While you probably won't get out for less than $20 a month, local phone companies seem to have the best service. I am currently with the phone company in my area, and I get a good 5k over other local companies (gee, I sound like a tide commericial). i get at least 7k over Compuserve and AOL users.
