how would you change the voltage on ram? for some reason i dont see ram volt but i see everything like cas and junk.

eh. is there anyway i could download a different bios or is it just the motherboard that doesnt allow it.

don't believe the motherboard allows for it. You could check for bios updates to see if the options become available.
