Video problems

I just swapped out my mobo for an MSI KT6V-LSR KT600 based mobo. Now when I run Warcraft III it lags like crazy. It can't seem to handle any intense graffix. Nothing else has changed, so I'm confused. Running stock 2500 speeds, with RAM set at the slower timings, and video card set at stock speeds. Also, I get this strange thing every once in a while-my monitor clicks and goes blank then comes right back on, like when you change resolution in windows or something. It doesn't seem to cause any problems though.

My temps are really goo, with the GPU barely feeling warm, and the CPU running 43c idle and 50c load.

Could it be my PSU? MBM5 shows my average on the 12v as 11.78, with the lowest it gets being 11.6. This is wierd as I have an Antec True330 and have never had problems before.

Any ideas? Windows seems to be a bit faster with the new board, so I'm really not sure what the deal is.

See agp mem setting and is it set to 2x 4x or 8x, and also have u tried removing drivers and reinstalling it? update bios? check the website of the mobo for any prob that is similiar to you?

AGP set to 128 (I got a 64mb card but Ive always used that setting), AGP 4x which is what the card is...all newest drivers and bios. I can get thru 3dmark2k1 just fine, so Ill hav to try more games.
