my iwill died on me i think... its either that or the chip....

i think its the mobo though, cuz the chip doesnt look burned and the temp when it died was only 52 with the delta at 7v, 49 with delta at 12v.

the fans work still, there is a light on on the mobo, but no beeps when i boot up...

tell me what you guys think it is, ive posted at mobos, and at cpus... people seem to think its the mobo, me too...

well, fold on... and i wish i was too.... at least my 1 gig pIII is still going....

ima rma it to newegg... maybe they'll send me the iwill-r plus???

Bummer! Was there anything that led up to the mobo dying or was it just gone one day/night when you checked it? You could always send me your CPU and I'll make sure it works..HAAAA :).

check the pcb right below the socket where the hsf spring thingy holds the hsf down, i scratched the hell out of a A7A doing that and it eventually died, some better mobos have a piece of plastic there to protect that from happening. BTW the A7A was the worst piece of crap mobo i have ever owned. it is without a doubt the worst mobo asus ever put out. DO NOT BUY IT
