Depends on when you get them....If it's when you're booting the best way would be to increase cooling or lower overclock.

Otherwise I'd say stop running the program that gives them to you.

I WAS getting a Windows Protection Error when I was shutting down the comp. EVERYTIME !!! Now, I reformated and no more errors (cuz no more programs either !)

hehehe My Linux server has run for almost a year without even a reboot before I had to shut it down to add more hd space. There will be no shutdown problems if you never have to turn off the comp :D
