It could handle 10,000 watts with a 50,000 CFM fan at 250F

Its all relative, wattage means nothing.

I think you will be disappointed with its performance when you get it, but hey, its your money.

it will only be for my vid card a 9800 pro. its going to have a huge res also like 2 gallons and a small res for levels check in the floppy.
