K8N-E Deluxe RAM Question

Hello again. I am new to this forum, and I could use some help with a current system build. I am currently building a 754 socket system, with a K8N-E Deluxe board and 3400+ 1MEG Cache CPU. I would like some input as to what kind of RAM best mates up to this board. I very well might fill up all 3 slots (1.5GB) with PC3200, but what brand/type is most compatible? Also, if anyone has any input as to what is the best HSF for that CPU I would very much appricate it. Thanks in advance!
