look at this memory

is this running overclocked?
its 166 memory and i got it set to 400 in the bios

does it underclock itself or is it able to run this high?

i ran memtest and it passed also. i got this a while ago and it was thought to be faulty by the person i built the comp for.

if it shows that way in cpu-z then i'd say that's what you have the ram clocked at.....

That's the SPD table, what the memory is speced to run at. You've got it running at 200.

thats awesome then, this what thought to be bad ram. it has samsung chips but i didnt look closely. ill have to see what it is i got here.
