It's a Hayden transmission cooler with different barbs so it can be used for watercooling more easily. It's a good rad for a quiet setup.

Excuse my ignorance, but is that the double 120 rad they sell? Is it really aluminum in the water contact areas?

Yes and yes. You should always use a good corrosion protection.

It's not identical, but a black ice pro 2 (double 120 fan) would be pretty close to the same size and thickness although the barbs point in a different direction than the swiftech 676.
