Source Dedicated Server

I don't know if this has been asked yet, but I did a search and checked the sticky and couldn't find anything. My question is how do you setup a CS:S dedicated server. A guide would be nice. Thanks.

There is an option on the games menu on steam at the bottom for Source Dedicated Server.

Go to www.steampowered.com and look in the forums. They have Windows and Linux dedicated server forums.
