Which timings to start with

Which timings are the first one that peolpe loosen trying to get higher fsb or to get to a 1T command? I can run at 1T but it drops to 333 I can get around 430 with 2T though. I was wanting to know if loosening another timing set would let me get back to a 1T with little oc. I don't psh my mem or fsb that hard. cant afford replacements if i kill something.

try lowering the CAS Latency first.
