Unlock mobo?

I purchased the ALDI Medion 8080XL exactly a year ago and would like to know if there is any possibility of unlocking it or changing the bios to overclock my CPU. My CPU currently runs on a customised MSI Ms-7012 w/WLAN, and the bios does not have an FSB changer and is locked.
I've got a 3.0GHz northwood and would like to OC for better performance.

PS: It's a Springdale 865PE chipset.

Why don't you go over to the MSI boards and post this question in the P4 forums

I am sure someone over there can help as if it is an 865 chipset then there has to be a way to overclock it
