What is the highest overclock you achieved on a Kyro II Card, and how did you get there?
Thanks for your replies!

UR ranger..I removed my heatsink and applied some AS2 and then put the sink back on and I was able to hit 185MHz stable. If you check out this (http://forums.overclockers.ws/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=31679) post, you'll see a link to an article that discusses Kyro 2 overlocking in detail. To get anything over 184,185MHz, you need to perform a voltage mod on the power supply for the card.

Good luck

Ok, I got 184/184 with a modded blue orb and AS2.
I think thatīs it without the voltage mod..
Iīm thinking about it

Me too! I have a friend who's really good w/ a soldering gun. He's ready, but I haven't made the final call to "do it"! I've been using the card a lot lately so I know I get my money's worth in case anything goes wrong :)

It seems to be fairly easy, the points where the resistor has to be solderd to, are quite big and easy to reach...
Good luck, and may the force be with you (and with me lol)
