Now before you guys say, this is another overpriced XT PE or it's not an XT PE at all, listen to me...
The price is justified with all of the software that comes with it... take a look:

If you were to buy the card at the $500 MSRP then bought all of that... it would be a little more expensive...
I bought one the other day for $584 from Newegg... And here is what it looks like... The card:

(And BTW... that's a Shuttle SN95G5... and yes... it can easily handle a card like that)
And the box:

Notice how the box says Platinum Edition?
When I plugged it in and setup the machine, this is what Windows recognized it as:
