every memory stick is drifferent, so dont go for the max just yet, test in increments

Ive had mine at 250 @ 2.8 2.5-3-3-3-6 not completley stable but enough for a hours worth. Completly stable for me is 233 @ 2.7 2.5-3-3-3-5. Highest I have had it overclocked at and being able to go into windows is 265. But I went to 270 which fried my chipset which was smart. With my experience upping the voltage over 2.9 makes it unstable. If u want a good overclock i would keep it in the 2.7 - 2.9 range.

So far it can only pass memtest at 215 with 2.9V 5,2,2 cas 2

230?.... wish my pair did 220 at any timings. I regret getting these, they don't perform anywhere near the levels as the sites that reviewed them. They probably got hand-picked modules. These are my second pair too, first pair failed memtest quick. Haven't done a 24hr memtest with the second pair yet so hopefully they're just faulty cuz the ones I have aren't cuttin' it.

Hmmm I'm surprised to see some not so good success from people. With 2.9V I can get:
2-2-2-10 1T at 241 MHz (2410 MHz clock) ~ 25,200 3dmark01se
2-3-2-10 1T at 252 MHz (2520 MHz clock) ~ 26,790 3dmark01se
2.5-4-3-10 1T at 286 MHz (2288 MHz clock) ~ haven't benched yet, it was late last night
As far as I'm concerned this ram is pimp
