Corsair XMS - Timings Issue

I bought these for a computer I was building. It is a Shuttle SN95G5... and I am having problems getting it to run at the correct timings.

It shows up with a frequency of 200 mhz and the timings are 3-3-3-8 according to CPU-Z. According to NewEgg they should be running at 2-3-3-6.

My question is, how do I make these things run at the lower timings??? Or should I try for even tighter timings? And what about voltage?

go into the bios and set the timings manually.

If I remember right everybody is having problems running ram faster than cas 2.5 with a nforce 3 ultra board.

heck, it won't even do 2.5 either... what do you think I should do now? I bought this ram for a high-performance machine... and it looks like I will not be able to tap its performance...
