Adding memory to win2k......Crashing system

I have just added an extra 128mb to my 192 mb win2k sys

Oh Dear

2k will just not boot any more.. not even in safe mode. Its getting as far as the win2k boot screen then just locking up.

I have tryed to repair....no good

I am now as I write this formating and reinstalling.

Is there something I should have done before installing new mem?

It was my Soundblaster drivers that had Screwed things up.

W2K crashed my system due to my VGA driver. I lost all my info for good! So much for the stability nonsense. I am now back on W98, and will not consider W2K at all. At least for a long time.
