I'm kinda new too, but on the Overclockers home page there is a "Tips and Tricks" section that will probably help you.

Good Luck:)

You can spend a sold day looking through these forums for specific questions and I think that is a great way. Good Luck.

I don't know wich voltages are acceptable, I guess all are as long as you can keep your CPU cool enough. Well not quite right, I don't think there is many who uses voltages over 2.2V I would say that would be the max voltage I would send trough a AMD CPU. But that is for extreme situations, with licuid (Not sure how to spell that) or a big a$$ water cooling rig with peltiers. For a little more "normal" user, I think most used voltages is 1.85 - 2.00V. But remember that everytime you up the Vcore, your CPU will vreate more heat, so keep an eye on your temps, if you start to up the Vcore.
AMD CPU's should stay under 55C, but best under 50C.
