Just updated bios for my P4P800SE, BIOS rev.1007, just want to know how does CPU lock free function works, I dont see any changes, and how will I know if its working? THANKS

I dont have an asus board but on my abit it shows up right in the bios under cpu settings.

you need to see am option of lock free in the bios cpu settings - if you enable it and restart the mobo when you log into the bios again you will see x14 multiplier.

an option - sorry - just look in the bios if you have it - if you wont find it then probably you dont have lock free of the cpu
