Buying Ram, need advice

I'm new here, but not new in the tech forums.
One question. Need some advice.

I do plan to O/C and Athlon 64 and P4 chip.
Should i keep my old OCZ Gold CH PC4000 @ 2.5-3-3-7
or

Mushkin PC3500 lvl2 BH5 @ 2-2-2-5

or

Corsair XMS PC4400 @ 3-4-4-8

or

OCZ PC3700EB @ 2.5-3-3-8

very confused.
All within the 290 range of prices.
Any advice?
