I finally hit 150 mhz FSB. I was using a Tonicom PC166 that's guaranteed 150 CAS2 and 166-183 CAS3. Well, it can't do higher then 145 CAS2 and no higher then 150 CAS3. Not sure about the 150 CAS3 limit though, prolly could go higher at CAS3, but I think my mobo's hitting it's limit at 150. Anyway, I just got a Corsair P150 CAS2 stick. I'm running this bad boy at 150 with Turbo/4-way/CAS2 enabled. Check out my Sandra scores, these are approaching DDR RAM.

Forgot to include my CPU scores. It's a 1.2 @ 1425 (150x9.5). My USB optical mouse is useless at this FSB, but a PS/2 mouse is fine for me.

That's interesting Alex. I could not get the Corsair PC150 to run at 150 Mhz CAS2 with 4way interleave, but the Tonicom runs it perfectly. Just goes to show you not everything we encounter is reproducable from one setup to the next. Congrats on your overclock.

Thanks Hoot. Yeah, I read a lot of good reviews about Tonicom RAM, that's why I got it. I must just got a bad batch.
