inexpensive memory that can do 2/2/2/5@200mhz +/-10mhz

I dont know if any are in existance but I assume that 2-2-2-5 timings for most ram shouldnt be difficult at around 200mhz give or take a few mhz.
What would be the most inexpensive ram to hunt for that would be possible doing these speeds at these timings. thanks =)

wow those look decent, specially for price.....anyone know what chips they use?

are you sure, a lot of people are saying that it uses the MOSEL chips....if it uses TCCD then these are a steal.

everything that came back from google said mosel... but they were kind of dated...(old)

The new XBL memory uses TCCD. No other chips, besides bh-5, can do 2-2-2 @ 200fsb.
