Messed around with windows and not it restarts when I try to shut down

I was tweeking with windows using WinBoost 2001 and now when I eather use the start menu shut down or hit the power button the system reboots. Anybody know what could cause this and how to fix it?

I am assuming that it is something I did with WinBoost but I'm not positive that is it because I tried using the restore defults option in the program and it didn't help.

Are you saying that instead of shutting down it restarts?

Yes, and it's really anoying, and Windows and I have a disfunctional relationship.

*jeez* found out what it was, something I did enabled the fast shutdown feature, so I disabled in in the msconfig menu. **when am I going to learn**
