SNAP CRACKLE POP and its not rice crispies!

I'm using Logictech z-560's (4.1) with my nvidia soundstorm on my a7n8x deluxe. There is alot of fizz at high volume, and the front left speaker pops and crackles alot especially when changing volume at low levels. Can anyone tell me whats wrong? I have aux, mic, line in, etc muted. Do I need a better cooler on my northbridge or southbridge?

nobodys had this same problem before?
i thought ive heard of bridge chips heating up causing crackling

Well, I had to sink my SB to get rid of the crackling in my Soundstorm. Just putting a small hs on there can really make a difference. I'd give it a shot and see if it helps.
