I need a good quiet fan

Well I finished building my comp months ago and when i turned it on it sounded like a vacum cleaner, I was wondering if anyone knows of a good fan that is quiet and can keep my processor cool. I am not going to get water cooling until later in life. I just want a nice heatsink fan.

Well the quietest fan that I know with good performance is the Glaciator. Cheack it out.

what hsf are you using? if uou need a new one that offers excellent performance, the glaciator is a good choice.

Wait til the Alpha PAL8045 comes out latter this month. And put a Sunon 42CFM 80mm fan with a variable voltage regulator on it. The Sunon 80mm fan makes a bit more than half the noise of a Delta 38CFM 60mm fan.
