Need new RAM? Is this any good?

Help me out, I am at 512 MB and need to upgrade to 1 gig but I don't have a bunch of cash to drop on the top end stuff.

Hi - I would recommend getting PC3200 RAM if possible, which will allow for better overclocking and if you upgrade to a P4 or A64 system you then dont need to replace the RAM.

Thanks that helps because I was looking to upgrade to A64 when the new nForce4 mobos come out. Any ideas where I can get a good deal on 1 gig of PC3200? and what should I be expecting to pay...remember starvin student here.
