What chipset does that board use?
What cpu are you using?
Have you tried with only 1 stick of memory?

The chip set is an VIA Apollo PRO 133A with a pure aluminum heat sink. The CPU is an Celeron 2 800 MHz. And yes I did try one stick of ram.
Make sure your soundblaster is not sharing a irq and disable sb16 emulation.
Not sure where you board will switch from 1/3 to 1/4 pci bus but usually around 124fsb so try to keep it at that or above rather than 120-123.
How much voltage are you using on the cpu?
What are your memory timings? 3-3-3 would be best until you get it stable.

how can i find out if its sharing a irq and how do i disable sb16. and Vcore was 1.70 , 1.75 , 1.80 , 1.85 and even 1.90 and whats 3-3-3 mean.
Dram read latch to highest number. sdram to 3 and the other setting to medium.
Run msinfo32.exe and look in the hardware section for irq's.
Go onto system from the control panel in windows and look in device manager to find the sb 16 emulation.
It should be under creative devices.

i disabled the sb 16 and yes the soundblaster is sharing an irq all i have to do to fix that is move it to a diff pci right.
Yes, its ok if it shares with irq steering but not another device.

it`s sharing with the steering. so what could be the prob.
I need to get some sleep.
What stepping is your cpu?
If you dont know go to www.cpuid.com and download cpuz.
Knowing this will help with about how high you cpu should be able to go.
You can look in the cpu database to find this out.
Someone else should come along and be able to help you more if you need it.
Goodluck.
If its only steering thats ok.
