sure hope not... cause if you cant, i dont know what i was using when i thought i had XP.

What you may be thinking of is installing it on an overclocked computer. True it is not recomended to install an OS on an overclocked system.... but Xp will run fine with an overclocked CPU...

If you dont mind me asking, were did you hear this? Becuase i sure hope i am not wrong. used an early beta

You can oc on XP. I've done with both a Coppermine box, and a T-Bird on a late build. Works Great.
