The 9800 Pro 256-bit w/128MB of vRAM is a much better buy for about the same $$$. LINK (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-127-127&depa=0)
The cheapest True 9800 Pro w/256MB of vRAM is going to cost you around $250. LINK (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=14-163-111)

Fry's has the best 9800 Pro deal right now, it looks to be BBA but that's not specified. LINK (http://www.outpost.com/product/3628345/)
No specific brand really needed, just any that has the red PCB, 4-pin molex connector, and trapazoidal heatsink.
Mine is a Sapphire 9800 Pro 128MB currently flashed to XT operating at 500/800.

SE is a raped version of NP. The only SE worth buying is the 9800SE on a 256-bit 9700 Pro PCB, it's made by Powercolor and usually is able to softmod or flash to a fully working 9800 Pro, but there is a failure rate.
For about $150 I find it worth the risk as I have yet to not sucessfully flash to Pro.
