Need help with P4C800E-Deluxe!!!

Just got my new system up and running. It boots and I installed Windows w/ no problems. Tried to get the Asus Disk to run but it wont. DVD Drive is working, cause it ran other disks. Tried the disk in another comp and same thing. It wont autorun. When I try to explore the disk it locks up. Holding shift while inserting disk works. Then I explore disk just fine. Attempt to run Setup on disk and comp locks up.

Using my other comp, I have been downloading individual drivers for enthernet, audio etc. trying to get it going, but nothing. Onboard Audio, USB, Raid drivers etc not working.

Any help or suggestions. Is it the disk or is it the comp?

if the disk doesnt work on the other computer, its definetly the cd
