testing waterblock

will putting a propane torch to a water block be good enough to simulate an athlon slot a's load on it

How are you planning on using that to determine if it's good enough?

i put one on and it was cool to the touch after 5 mins but it condensed using tap water i dont have temp probe yet so i cant check the temp if it can handle a propane torch it should handle a cpu right?
