I'm looking at Rain, as I have used it before with my Intel chip. What do u guys use with AMD? I have a 1.4 that will probably get pretty hot.

Well I use CPUcool it has some diagnostic tool along with the cooling feature you can find CPUcool here (http://www.tweakfiles.com/diagnostic/cpucool.html) or if you have the right Via chipset you could use Vcool this one is also freeware you can find Vcool here (http://www.tweakfiles.com/processor/vcool.html) . Well like Would71 suggested you could always hack your registry via WPCRSET which you can find here (http://viahardware.com/download/wpresourcepage.shtm) this is also going be free of course , again like Would71 said these will only help when you processor is idling I think it starts kicking in around 5% or less usage.

A clock cycle is a terrible thing to waste...
