gahh X-Dreamer II + PS with side LED fan issues

ive got a small problem. the case i want to get, the x-dreamer II, has a top side 80 mm LED fan.

im planning on getting a vigor 450w powersupply, which has an 80mm LED side fan attached to it

do you think that the two fans would conflict? if so, what should i do =/

If they do, unscrew the top one and dremel a bit of the side off if possible.

if i removed the top fan and put it on the front of the case, would it be a stupid idea to cover the top grill (which has openings) with a filter? or should i just cover it with a metal plate?
