Well I finally got it over 1.4GHz, 1.405 to be exact which is all I wanted to do. I ended up lowering the multiplier to 9.5 and raising the FSB to 148.

So far I have only done 20 SiSoft benchmark burn-ins, but had no problems.

I still have a temp problem(CPU at 53 degrees now) I am trying to resolve but I am a happy camper right now.

Thanks for the help:)

Well good job but get those temps under control!! I would hate to hear you toasting that awesome chip you have.

Gald to hear you reached your goal! :D Nice OC. Isn't it a great feeling?

Well you are right about your temps, they are ok, but it would be nice to see them a little lower, right? Could you improve your case cooling a little?

I am going to be getting some new fans soon.

The back exhaust fan is from and old 486 computer and I don't think it moves enough air.

I am going to make the back and front intake fans and then install a exhaust fan on the top of the case. I will then have that and the PCI fan on the bottom of the case getting rid of hot air.

I am also going to drill bigger holes in the front of the case to let more air in.

And of course scrap the cheap Radio Shack cooling paste for some Artic Silver II.

That would do your temp's real good!

Nice O/C there Scooby. Adding the extra fans and enlarging the holes in the front of the case will definately help to get the case temp down, and in turn help your CPU temps.
