Artificats during CPU tests ?!?!

I get mad artifacts during the 3dmark03 cpu tests and very minor ones in GTA vice city... i'v tried uping the memory voltage (even though thats not the problem) and iv tried upping the cpu voltage, which didnt fix the problem (or make it better).

artifacts are RAM-related so maybe you've pushed your vidcard or system a notch too far...

well, the videocard is stock.. guess that means i'll have to fiddle w/the ram when i get home

Same happens to me when i overclock my cpu running 1:1 with mem because of my 865 chipset being crap.

CPU Test Artifacts indicate your CPU isn't stable. Throw prime 95 on that computer to confirm that your cpu isn't stable.
