What did u change your PSU fans to??
does it make alot of difference?
Of all the factors influencing CPU temperature, PSU fan(s) is not high up the list. First and foremost is the HSF on the CPU, followed closely by the temp inside the case. it is most effected by ventilation and you should not rely solely upon the fan(s) in you PSU to provide it. Dedicated case fans should provide the majority of your case ventilation airflow. Third is the temperature you maintain your PC room at. Strive to keep the PC room as cool as you can and still be comfortable.
Hoot
I changed to quieter fans. Not for better cooling but yes it much quieter.

how is it possible to wire up a better fan (same size) that uses 12v to power onto the psu?
i cant get teh wire out and i dun wanna leave the psu cover open
the fans that came with my enermax are so cheesy
I think "and I am not an expert" along with cooling you need GOOD airflow through your case. If your HSF is recycling the same hot air your never going to cool. The best thing is to mount a fan directly above the HSF so you know your gettin fresh air to it.
also to check to see if you have good air flow in your case, get your average temps, and then take the side of your case off and see how much it drops if at all. if it drops more than 4 or 5C you need better case cooling.
well thats my input......
