http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-146-890&depa=1 is about the best there is, but is a little more expensive. Uses TCCD chips, and by now has a good chance of the newest die revision that acts like BH-5, doing 2-2-2-5 up to around 250mhz, and up to around 300 with looser timings.

Samsung apparently had a minor die revision for TCCD that lets the ram do up to about 250mhz 2-2-2-5 with lots of voltage, like BH-5/6, but there are no guarantees.
