upgrade my dually?

what could I do to upgrade my pc? my psu is a fortron 350w and I realize that is a bit small. would that help me oc it some more? if so would it be worth the $88? I seen that cmcquistion said that upgrading to the Seagate Cheetah 15K.3 was to best upgrade he's done. do you think that would make much difference than my raptor for my os? thanks for the input.

If you already have the raptor, then you definitly do not need to spend more cash on a hard drive. I think the fortron 530 watt is around 75 dollars on Newegg, which would make a nice upgrade.

k. I've seen some of people here hitting 2.4 with their 2400+. do you think that my psu is what's holding me back? would the extra 400mhz make much difference?

maybe, check ur rails, but also gotta remember that they're only gunna oc as far as the slower of the two...
