Ok,
I made the move to watercooling for my CPU,Chipset and GPU.
I did this mostly because my fan system was too loud.
I have 2 WD 40 gig 7200 rpm drives with antec coolers, 3 fans apiece blowing across them, kinda loud.
Shoud I cool the HD's ???
Ambient temp in room depends on season, summer gets to 90-100 f.
Winter is about 50.

it is up to you, but i recon it will be quite hard to do and take up lots of room, as it is the hard disk moving rater then the chips getting hot (althought they do to) i wouold just leave then, it will not make you overclock your chip more

well, I wouldn't do it using the watercooling simply because when you break it down more and more, adding more waterblocks it would obviously heat up the water. [consistantly] For example here are your temps with only a CPU waterblock:

CPU: 38C
HD: 28C

If you were to cool down the HD this is what would happen:

CPU 36-37C
HD: 23-25C

So you see this may help a bit but you don't really need it. (This is just my opinion, wait till others reply too, they may have different ideas/perspectives)

No..no..no..
You aren't getting it.
There are no waterblocks on the HD's.
The antec coolers are fans that are mounted on the fron of the drivebays, they blow air across the drives.

If you mean Fan Cooling, then yes. You can never get rid of too much heat from any PC component.
