There are several means to OC a TNT2 card. You won't see big OCs from a TNT2 but you can pick up 10-20 FPS if your lucky.

coolbits is a reg tweak. I don't have the link here at work but you can do a search and find it. This will NOT work on nVidia released drivers. You can get leaked drivers that this will work on. I use 12.90s now.

I use Riva Tuner to oc my GF2 card. Works great and gives you more options. This does not care which drivers you use. I had some probs with the 12.41 release though.

There is also Power strip. Alot of people like and use this. It seemed a little buggy to me but others use it with no problems.

Good luck

You could try Fast Card (http://www.planet3dfx.com/fastcard
) Or TNTClk (http://www.octools.com/files/tntclock.zip) I've always used TNTClk worked great on my Viper550, It should also work on TNT2 cards.
Both are Freeware progz.

Good Luck

**EDIT** Powerstrip can be found here (http://www.entechtaiwan.com/ps.htm)

I remember getting quite good results from overclocking my tnt2, I got my core to 180mhz and my memory to 210mhz. I tryed cooling the ram but it didn't help at all, and I also tryed replacing the standard cooler but broke the card before I coyuld test it.
It may be worth replacing the standard hs/f or at least putting some proper heat transfer compound on as most only use a big lump of epoxy that doesn't work very well

Instead of a HSF I have a 120mm fan cut into the side of the case. This cools the HS on the core as well as the ram and the back side of the core. Very stable....
