no one has ever i mean ever gotten a rebate back from them. theres a lot of fourms talking about me the soyo rebates. it takes 12 weeks to process and 8 weeks to mail. on top of that, they always tell u that ur UPC is wrong even if u did it right.
are there laws to prevent it? if you photocopy everything and had proof, they would be breaking the law, right?

I just got my motherboard from Newegg. I love how fast they are.
Reading both of the rebates, you not only get to track them, but if the rebate doesn't come in 14 weeks, you can call Soyo with the number on the rebate! It seems pretty fool proof to me!
had one. never will i use them again

Well I am tracking my rebate from soyo from another free mb deal I purchased 9 weeks ago, it doesnt show up on the soyo tracking site, so according to there instructions, I contact them, this is what I get:
Please allow 12-14 weeks from the postmark deadline date on your rebate form for your rebate to process.
so that adds another month to the time, so then it is 18 weeks, and that is just to process the form and acknowledge that they recieve it, I fully expect them to complain about somethjing wrong at that point from what I have heard from others, soyo is bad news, do not buy their products unless you figure it is a long term investment in there company.
Also after reading the horror stories about the issues with compatibility and no oc'ing on the board I am afraid to try to use it.

SOYO is the worst of all the rebate deals Be warned and try at your own risk.

Yup Soyo looks like trouble to me....having said that I hate all rebate deals, why should I give my money to a company to hold onto for a while? If I want to buy something I'll save myself time and go with the cheaper option without a rebate; even if its a little more expensive than one with a rebate!
