I'm gonna use UV reactive green dye in my system. I will use a 10-20% antireeze/coolant solution. What brand/type should I get that won't interfere with my green UV dye?

arent most antifreezes green?
I know you have to specially get clear/blue which are only made by a very select few companies. most others are going to be green/yellowish green

96-97 Audi Antifreeze called Pentosin - Blue
Low-Tox Prestone - Green
Standard Pentosin - Red
Mercedes Antifreeze - Clear (not sure what year or model)

I have read that using a non Ethylene Glycol antifreeze is preferred. Propylene Glycol is pretty standard in most Low Toxicity antifreezes and people seem to favor it. I *think* the bottom line reasoning for not using the Eth. Gly. based antifreezes is that they possibly have some negative effects on some of the tubing commonly used in WCing. I personally have not seen it but decided for negligible cost it wasnt worth finding out why people dont suggest using it. ;)

You can mix wildfire dyes to get a nice green color, but there are rumors of it breaking down in your loop over time. Also, it won't offer any sort of protection for your loop. I use wildfire dye in my loop with fluid XP. I'll know if it breaks down in a month or so.
