http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-146-890&depa=0 <<< i know most of you will say get this, but its VERY VERY VERY expensive considering i am most likely getting an a64 3000 and msi neo platinum (939)

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-220-033&depa=0 with these timings does it mean TCCD? <<i was interested in this RAM in the beggining but kept getting ocz rev 2 (if its the only way to get high speeds than fine)

also this seems great for the price and would help my wallet out too

Hey, have you considered looking at some of the PQI RAM. That stuff is meant to be both quite cheap and an awesome overclocker....

The Patriot is probably TCCD but in the past their 2,2,2 ram didn't overclock well and most didn't even run stock. Consindering that PQI is known to overclock well and only runs about 20.00US more I would go with that. Unless you go with the big dog brands but they are $260.00 and well worth it imo. Remember that the newer revision TCCD chips are running 2,2,2 timings at much faster speeds than the older so to buy the brand with a faster turnover will be better in the long run.

I'd go with 2 sticks for a dual channel config.....

They did a pretty comprehensive 2-2-2 PC3200 memory review at Anandtech (http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.aspx?i=2235) comparing LOTS of memory sticks and thier overclocking potential, the voltage needed, timings ran, etc. etc.

Check it out:)
