I am unable to overclock my Pentium 3 800e ever sence I upgraded my video card.... I was able to when I had my voodoo 3 2000 in.................. Anybody ever heard of this?
What motherboard do you have, what vid card have you installed, and how many watts is your psu?
I have a Visiontek Geforce 3 on a Asus CUSL2-C ... I have the voltage on 1.7, but I can adjust it up to 2.0.... I also have 256m of ram.... Running on a 100 fsb........... thanks:)
what speed have you been overclocking it to?
Soemone else had the same problem and fixed it by using the unoffical asus bios from here.

Thats way to hot can we say that CPU will die it it stays there. Best thing you can do is get good case cooling and a really good heatsink.
